How Can We Help?
Do you offer OEM and ODM services?
Yes. We provide full OEM and ODM manufacturing — private label, custom design, custom fabrics, sizes, colors and packaging. Share your spec or sample and our team will quote.
What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
MOQ varies by product and customization. Typical MOQ is 300–500 units; lower MOQ is possible for sampling or new-product trials. Contact us with your item for an exact figure.
Can I request a sample before a bulk order?
Yes. We provide stock or custom samples so you can verify quality, fabric and color before committing to bulk. Sample lead time is usually 5–10 days.
What are your lead time and shipping terms?
Bulk lead time is typically 25–45 days depending on quantity and customization. We ship worldwide by sea or air and support EXW, FOB, CIF and DDP terms.
What payment terms do you accept?
We accept T/T (bank transfer), L/C for large orders, and trade-assurance platforms. Standard terms: 30% deposit, 70% before shipment.
How do you ensure product quality?
Every order goes through in-process QC and a final inspection (AQL). We can provide third-party inspection reports and match your required test standards.
