OEM Project FAQ: What Buyers Ask Before They Order

These are the questions buyers most often ask before starting an OEM or ODM project with us. The answers reflect how we actually work — not marketing boilerplate.

Q1. What is the difference between OEM and ODM?

With OEM you bring a finished design or sample and we manufacture it to spec. With ODM you bring a concept or reference and our team develops the product — fabric, pattern, specs and samples — for your approval. Most projects land somewhere in between.

Q2. What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

MOQ depends on the product and customization level. Typical MOQ is 300–500 units. For new-product trials we can go lower; for fully custom fabrics the MOQ may be higher. Share your item for an exact figure.

Q3. How long do sampling and bulk production take?

Sampling usually takes 5–10 days for a stock-fabric sample and 15–25 days for a custom-developed one. Bulk production runs 25–45 days depending on quantity, fabric and QC requirements.

Q4. Can you sign an NNN agreement?

Yes. We routinely sign Non-Disclosure, Non-Use and Non-Circumvention (NNN) agreements and can work from your template or ours. We also protect the confidentiality of product ideas, tooling and packaging designs.
