Cotton, Polyester and Blends

Cotton is soft, breathable and skin-friendly — ideal for bedding and loungewear — but it wrinkles and shrinks if not treated. Polyester is strong, quick-drying and dimensionally stable, which makes it the backbone of curtains and microfiber products. A poly-cotton blend balances hand-feel with durability and is the most common choice for OEM lines.

Specialty Fabrics: Blackout, Antibacterial and Waffle

Blackout fabrics add an acrylic or foam coating to block 99%+ of light — the foundation of bedroom curtains. Antibacterial finishes (silver-ion or copper-ion) reduce bacteria by up to 99% per AATCC 100, ideal for pet and kitchen textiles. Waffle weave adds stretch and texture without weight, perfect for fitted sheets and sofa covers.
