Quality built in, not bolted on
Consistent quality is the difference between a one-time order and a repeat customer. Our QC system runs across the whole production cycle: incoming fabric inspection (weight, color, defects), in-line checks during cutting and sewing, and a final AQL (Acceptable Quality Limit) inspection before packing. Every check is documented with photos, measurements, and defect counts.
We inspect to internationally recognized AQL standards (typically ISO 2859 / ANSI/ASQ Z1.4), with sampling levels and accept/reject thresholds agreed with you upfront. When defects are found, we hold the lot, root-cause the issue, and re-inspect after rework — no shipment leaves with a known quality problem.
